Faced with this favourable geography, mountain tourism is developed, offering experiences of direct contact with nature in activities such as hiking, trekking, flora and fauna observation, horseback riding, rafting and snow sports, among others. In this context, mountain tourism represents an opportunity to consolidate Chile as a world-class tourist destination and, above all, to contribute to the economic development of the country.
